Today, let's dive into the concept of creating your own story and embracing "The Law of Correspondence." It's time to look inward and discover your path.
Law of CorrespondenceThe Law of Correspondence states that your external reality is a direct reflection of your internal state. This law makes it easy to assess the alignment of your vibration.
You've likely heard me discuss "The Law of Attraction" in some of my previous posts. The Law of Attraction revolves around the idea that energy attracts like energy. By eliminating negative thoughts and embracing positive ones, we can manifest what we desire. The Law of Correspondence works hand in hand with the Law of Attraction to help you craft your own story and become your best self.
The Law of Correspondence involves introspection and honestly examining your true aspirations in life. It's a vital component of taking charge of your thoughts and embarking on the abundant life you deserve, allowing you to shape your own narrative.
"When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change." - Wayne Dyer
What you feel inside will influence what you attract. To create your own story, you must take a deep, honest look at yourself. From my understanding and personal experiences, the law of correspondence can be summarized as "As above, so below; as below, so above." In other words, knowing yourself leads to enlightenment, while knowing others demonstrates wisdom. Trust your own long-term plans and disregard any external versions of who you should be.
I'd like to share some valuable insights that have guided me on my journey toward discovering my purpose. The Law of Correspondence has played a significant role in my life, even though I only recently became aware of its existence. I regularly consume audio, video, and written content on personal development, and that's how I stumbled upon the concept of LOC. Allow me to break down the information for you to the best of my ability.
"Our environment, the world in which we live and work, is a mirror of our attitudes and expectations. Your living is determined not so much by what life brings to you as by the attitude you bring to life; not so much by what happens to you as by the way your mind looks at what happens." - Bob Proctor, The ABCs of Success: The Essential Principles from America's Greatest Prosperity Teacher
Discovering your purpose and crafting your story can be a profound realization and a paradigm shift in your thinking. So, I won't complicate matters unnecessarily. I'll present a few thoughts and ideas for your consideration. Take what resonates with you, leave the rest behind, and embark on your own research and planning because your journey is uniquely yours. We each walk our extraordinary paths.
The Law of Correspondence empowers us to seize complete control over our thoughts and minds. Once achieved, everything else in life falls into place. I've come to understand that meaningful and lasting change is impossible until we take charge of our thought patterns and focus on what we genuinely desire.
Universal and ethereal principles have their corresponding counterparts in the physical realm. Every temporal aspect reflects a higher, spiritual, eternal law (see Matthew 6:10).
Look within: Take 100% responsibility for your thoughts and actions, as I mentioned in my previous post about practicing the Ho'oponopono. By examining ourselves, assuming responsibility for our actions, taking control, and focusing on what we want in life, we can mold our minds and lives according to our true desires.
Listen to yourself: Pause and ask, "What do I want my life to look like? Who do I aspire to be? What is my why?" Quiet your mind and meditate on these questions. Clear away the mental clutter and excessive overthinking. Excessive mental noise distracts us from the soft voice that has always resided within us. You deserve a life of greatness and abundance.
Another amazing practice you can implement is The Six Phase Meditation by Vishen Lakhiani on YouTube.
It's your journey, not theirs: Don't allow yourself to become jaded or judgmental, but always remember that you are greater than the expectations others have of you. As humans, we often get caught up in the opinions and projections of others about who we should be or what we should do. However, creating your own story is about embracing your unique path and not conforming to others' narratives. This is your journey, and you are important. Your dreams hold significance.
It's easy to get entangled in the stories and versions of ourselves that others have imposed upon us. Let go of those external influences. The Law of Correspondence teaches us that when we take responsibility for ourselves, our aspirations, and our dreams, everything else in our lives falls into place. This includes cherishing those who love us and genuinely want the best for us. Their perspectives are their own, and we must respect them, but ultimately, we must be our own judges. Does that resonate with you?
Craft a plan for your story: Your thoughts, when manifested through the Law of Correspondence, become tangible in the physical world. So, plan for yourself. Start by creating a vision board, a visual representation of the things you enjoy, envision yourself doing, and aspire to possess in the future. Visualization is a crucial aspect of the Law of Attraction. Make a list of the things you'd like to accomplish and experience and tick them off as you achieve them.
Speak your desires aloud frequently. I recommend developing a "definite major purpose" manifesto, committing it to memory, and reciting it daily. This manifesto should be filled with affirmations that fuel your story, inspire you, and reflect your dreams. You can find generic versions of such manifestos through a simple internet search. I will share my own affirmation as soon as it's completed because our lives and goals evolve over time, and that's perfectly alright.
Visualization and meditation: Dedicate time each day to positive affirmations, contemplating your dreams, and reading your definite major purpose. Your thoughts have the power to shape your reality.
"You get in life what you have the courage to ask for." - Oprah Winfrey
I hope this post has brought you positivity and served as a helpful guide. If you found it valuable, please share it with others who may benefit from it.
Let me leave you with this thought: The Law of Correspondence is the key to crafting your story. Do not feel guilty for pursuing the life you've always yearned for. It begins with visualization, but you must also take massive action to bring your dreams to fruition. None of this will materialize if you don't step into your greatest version and actively pursue your desires.
One last recommendation for you is to read "The Science of Getting Rich" by Wallace Wattles written in 1910. I will link the audio chapters here from my friend and mentor's YouTube channel. It is important that you read or listen to chapters 4, 14, and 7 in that order first a few times before you continue the entire book. Really soak them in. I read often sometimes daily.
I wish you boundless abundance, peace, and happiness in all aspects of your life.
